The Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced the adoption of an electronic pre-appointment reservation system for conducting documentation transactions and certifying documents, starting from Sunday, May 17th.

The Director of the Documentation Department, Lubna Abdulaziz Al-Mousa said that the ministry has allocated two numbers to book appointments through the WhatsApp application, the first line for all authentication transactions, and the second for real estate documentation transactions, noting that the new work mechanism will be through receiving the requests of the auditors through the numbers designated for that, where it will be notified. The applicants for notarial services shall attend their appointments in front of the notary to complete their transactions.

Al-Mousa pointed out the importance of sending the applicant's name, personal number, and contact number, with the need to specify the type of transaction required, so that appointments are booked according to the regulatory measures taken to facilitate documentation services and preserve the health of citizens and residents.

In order to book attendance appointments for documentation transactions in general, please contact the WhatsApp program on the number 35436743. For real estate documentation transactions, you can communicate via WhatsApp on the number 35436744
