His Excellency noted what was presented by General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, during the community meeting held by His Excellency with the owners and representatives of councils in Bahrain, stressing the importance of consolidating the concept of citizen partnership in achieving security, based on embodying the concept of community partnership and emphasizing the role of society in Establishing the principles of security and peace.

The Minister of Justice pointed to the role of penalties and alternative measures in reducing the return to crime by 33.3%, and the drop in the violation rates in implementing alternative penalties by 71.3% during 2021, which reflects the extent of success in implementing this qualitative development project.

He expressed deep appreciation to General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, and to all employees of the Ministry and the security services, for their remarkable efforts and great contributions in order to achieve security and safety for the homeland and the citizen.
