The Bahrain Institute for Political Development, as part of its Interconnected 3 program series, organized the fourth meeting to review the efforts of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, with the aim of shedding light on legislation and decisions that come in line with the goals of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the monarch of the country. God save him.

Dana Al-Zayani, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and Endowments for Family Planning, Reconciliation and Alimony, spoke during the meeting, where she reviewed the stages of development of family planning, reconciliation and alimony in light of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty the King of the country.

She also referred to the role played by the Department of Family Planning, Reconciliation and Alimony, and the services provided by them, and shed light on the cooperation between them and the various governmental and legislative bodies, including the Supreme Council for Women, and associations concerned with the rights of the family, women and children.

Al-Zayani talked about some of the initiatives and achievements made by family planning, reconciliation and alimony, ways of institutional communication with citizens and residents, as well as developmental steps to develop services and facilitate procedures before the Corona pandemic, and the extent to which the continuity of their provision is affected by the same efficiency after the pandemic, and the measures taken by them to strengthen decisions and procedures Precautionary measures to combat Covid 19 virus.

It is worth noting that Interconnected 3 program seeks to continue to open a window for more officials to embody the principle of institutional communication with citizens through this event, highlighting the achievements of their institutions and bodies and the role they play, and highlighting the legislations and decisions that have been made, which come in line with the objectives of the reform project of His Majesty the King Redeemed.
