27/3/2021 Director of the Implementation Department: More than 490 thousand letters and electronic procedures in 2020

The Director of the Execution Department at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Jassem Hassan Buhamoud, stated that the department issued (270,643) letters in the context of implementing the decisions issued by the enforcement courts, during the year 2020.
The Director of the Execution Department pointed to the development of an electronic correspondence system with government agencies related to the implementation of the provisions, whereby any letter is sent through the electronic system to the concerned authority and the response is made by it directly in the system without the need for paper correspondence, with the possibility of following up on issued letters and responding to them periodically, which contributed Reducing the time spent in completing the procedures related to the implementation files by a large percentage.
Buhamoud also referred to the development of systems to follow up on accepted requests from the execution judges, so that employees can communicate electronically with the judges and implement the orders issued, including the development of internal systems that help the administration’s employees complete their procedures smoothly, such as approving files and agencies, performing implementation missions, making settlements, and conducting accounting. The total of these actions taken is approximately (220,000) electronic actions.
In a related context, Buhamoud stated that the Execution Department has received about 22,038 messages since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, on the email designated for reviewing and inquiries of gentlemen, lawyers and auditors, and they have been answered, as part of the implementation of the precautionary plan taken in the justice sector to address the Corona virus (Covid 19). This is in addition to adopting a hotline to receive customers’ calls and inquiries, which range from approximately (100-120) daily.
