12/6/2021 “Justice”: Providing electronic access to the minutes of the sessions and judicial

The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf has announced the approval of court hearing minutes within the judicial cases inquiry service available within the judicial cases services provided by the Ministry through the national e-government portal www.bahrain.bh.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Courts Affairs and Documentation, Muhammad Bujairi, said that the inquiry service will allow access to the minutes of the sessions of civil, commercial and legal cases after their approval by the judges, indicating that the previous records will be included in the inquiry service in stages, in addition to creating the ability to view the course of procedures taken for requests. Accepted before civil and Sharia courts, as well as the reasons for rejection in the event of non-acceptance.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Courts and Documentation Affairs also announced that the lawsuits inquiry service will also enable lawyers and litigants to view the status of the implementation files regarding the procedures taken regarding the accepted requests as well as the reasons for rejecting the requests, using the execution file number, in addition to the possibility of following up on the status of the requests via the link sent If the application is successful, the data contained within the link will be automatically updated when any judicial action is taken.
Bucheery stressed the importance of these new developments, which come within the framework of the continuous development of electronic transformation related to court procedures, appreciating in this regard the development proposals submitted by lawyers with the aim of expanding the electronic inquiry service, facilitating procedures for lawyers, litigants and auditors, and providing relevant data around the clock.
