The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and the Information and eGovernment Authority announced the launch of the unified payment service for judicial services available within the electronic package for court and case services via bahrain.bh, and allows stakeholders from lawyers and parties related to cases the ability to pay the amounts due for their transactions with the Ministry of Justice from the secretariats Due or fees related to lawsuits and related requests, in an easy and efficient way by displaying all required dues while providing the ability to pay all dues in one transaction.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments affirmed that the unified payment service is an important addition to the electronic transformation process in the justice sector, which would facilitate the procedures for paying the amounts owed by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments in an easy and accessible manner, as well as preserving the time and effort of the beneficiaries and reducing Cash transactions, by providing an electronic platform to pay all required amounts.
His Excellency the Minister of Justice said that the unified payment is a major development of electronic payment services for fees and secretariats, which contributes to enhancing the complete electronic transformation taking place in civil and commercial litigation procedures since April 2020, expressing thanks and appreciation for the great efforts made by the Information and eGovernment Authority and is still implementing projects Electronic transformation in the justice sector, including the launch of the unified payment service.
In this regard, the CEO of the Information and eGovernment Authority, Mr. Muhammad Ali Al-Qaed, valued the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments continuing to move towards achieving a comprehensive electronic transformation of its services, indicating that the authority’s cooperation with the Ministry in this regard comes in response to the esteemed government's directives to adapt and employ technologies Modern technology, innovative technology and artificial intelligence to improve government services, and to provide government services in an effective, high-efficiency, easy and easy manner that achieves the satisfaction of its users of all groups of members of society.
Al-Qaed said that the provision of a unified payment service for judicial services fees by the Information and eGovernment Authority comes from its responsibilities and commitment to support the electronic transformation process for all government service sectors and follow up its implementation in accordance with the national digital transformation plan.
Al-Qaed stated that the authority's continuing to complete the development of electronic payment for various government agencies comes from its keenness to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency in the government sector, as well as providing the best services to customers in easy and fast ways that enable them to complete their transactions, in addition to expanding the electronic transformation in line with Recent trends in the fields of information technology.
The leader added that the adoption of electronic payment mechanisms for government services comes in line with the trend towards electronic payments in light of the rapid pace of the comprehensive electronic transformation imposed by the pandemic, and is in line with the method of daily transactions, pointing to the positive impact of this step on the development of the judicial and judicial sector in the Kingdom, stressing that electronic transactions It would contribute to preserving privacy in a safe electronic environment.
