29/9/2021 The Minister of Justice chairs the 31st meeting of the Ministers of Justice in the Gulf Cooperation Council states

His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, chaired the 31st meeting of Their Excellencies Ministers of Justice in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, their meeting, which was held today, Wednesday, via video link.
During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister of Justice delivered a speech in which he welcomed their Excellencies the Ministers of Justice and the participating members, stressing the importance of strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging experiences in supporting development and modernization initiatives in the legal and justice fields, during which he touched on the most prominent topics on the agenda, foremost of which is the extradition agreement. They must be held between the countries of the Cooperation Council, and the meeting of the Committee of Directors and Heads of Training, Legal and Judicial Centers and Institutes in the Cooperation Council States.
The meeting also discussed the draft of the agreement for the implementation of judgments, rogatory commissions and judicial declarations in the countries of the Cooperation Council, and the extraction of legislative principles contained in the laws (regulations), and the draft of the unified system (law) to combat extremism, racism, hatred and discrimination, in addition to other topics of common interest between the ministries of justice in countries Cooperation Council.
The meeting was attended by Judge Issa Sami Al-Mannai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs, H.E. Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim Buchiri, Assistant Undersecretary for Courts and Documentation Affairs, Mr. Nayef Khalifa Al Thawadi, Director of the Courts Department, and Mr. Jassim Hassan Buhamoud, Director of the Execution Department.
