His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, received in his office today Counselor Mohammed Abdul Rahman Khalil, who presented to him a copy of his master’s thesis entitled “The Scope of Criminal Confrontation with Crimes of Torture,” a study in Bahraini and comparative law, which he obtained from the University of Bahrain.
His Excellency the Minister of Justice praised the effort expended in preparing this letter and the important topic it contained, wishing him further success in his academic and practical career.
