The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced that, within the framework of completing the procedures for licensing private executors in accordance with the requirements of the new implementation law, the basic training program for practicing the business of a private executor, which is one of the basic requirements for obtaining a private executor license, has been completed.

Adviser to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Counselor Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Mijbel, who is in charge of following up the affairs of the Institute of Legal and Judicial Studies, said that communication is underway with the participants who passed the training program to arrange attendance dates for personal interviews and oral exams that will be conducted during this week.

The Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies had organized the basic training program for practicing the business of the private port for all applicants who fulfilled the initial conditions. The duration of the program lasted for 20 training hours, with the participation of a number of experienced trainers from consultants, judges and legal experts.

The program focused on the basic aspects of this new profession supporting the work of the enforcement courts, which included a specialized and intensive theoretical and practical training content that dealt with the various knowledge and skills necessary for the work of the private port. The trainees were also briefed on the work of the Execution Department of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments related to work procedures licensed for the private port.

It also included a definition of implementation procedures on movables and real estate, and procedures for implementation in kind, in addition to an explanation of how to use the approved electronic system for the work of the private port, and the powers therein, and an explanation of the steps for starting the implementation procedures and taking actions through it, in addition to reviewing the mechanism for preparing periodic reports.
