The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments said that the submission of requests for the implementation of judicial rulings in accordance with the new law, will continue through the implementation services provided by the ministry through the national e-government portal.

According to the new system, executive procedures are taken automatically within the specified periods according to the value of the claim under the supervision of the judges of the execution courts, as soon as the implementation file is approved, and without the need to submit a request for each procedure, with the stipulation that the executor sends a notification to the executor against him to fulfill the required debt through The “submission of judicial requests” service available within the judicial cases services provided through the e-government or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt via Bahrain Post, at least seven days prior to submitting the execution request, by filling out the notification form available on the ministry’s website moj.gov.bh

As a consequence, when submitting the execution request electronically by the executor, it is required to attach evidence indicating that he has notified or failed, in addition to the power of attorney issued by the requester for execution, if any, the executive document, a certified translation of the documents submitted, if any, and a certificate approved by the bank with the bank account number. The executor shall also, on the next day from the date of his notification or knowledge of any of the execution procedures, and within seven days, disclose his money within the limits of the value of the debt, and his obligation to disclose his money shall continue from any change in it until the completion of implementation, by filling out the form prepared for that.
