His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, received today, Monday, Ambassador Stephen Craig Bundy, the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of his appointment as the new ambassador of his country, wishing him success in his new diplomatic duties.

The Minister of Justice praised the level of the historical friendship relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, and the continuous development they are witnessing in various fields, to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were reviewed and ways of enhancing aspects of cooperation in the legal field were discussed.
