His Excellency Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda received, in his office today, Her Excellency Mrs. Amanda Milling, Minister of State for Asian and Middle Eastern Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth Affairs and Development of the friendly United Kingdom, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Roddy Drummond, the Ambassador of the friendly United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
His Excellency the Minister of Justice praised the distinguished historical relations that bind the two friendly countries and peoples, and the continuous development and growth they are witnessing in various fields.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of common interest, as well as enhancing joint cooperation in the judicial and legal fields.
The meeting was attended by Judge Issa Sami Al-Mannai, Undersecretary of Justice and Islamic Affairs, and Ms. Dana Khamis Abdul Rahman Al-Zayani, Undersecretary for Planning, Family Reconciliation and alimony.
