During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister of Justice stressed the importance of partnership with the private sector in the development and development paths, praising the efforts of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry in encouraging mediation in settling commercial disputes as one of the successful and effective alternative means in settling disputes.
For his part, the President of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Samir Nass, affirmed the Chamber’s interest in strengthening its role in the application of mediation, reconciliation and conciliation means in settling disputes between traders, as the Chamber works to develop and support the private sector and try to solve and overcome the problems of traders in cooperation with the responsible authorities in order to find a ground shared between them, which contributes to the economic acceleration.
