He pointed out that the creation of the private notary profession provided qualitative job opportunities for legal competencies to enhance their contributions to the development of the legal structure, thus contributing to supporting efforts to implement the economic recovery plan and continuing work to support the national economy.
He pointed out that His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and within the framework of strengthening the role of the private notary, recently issued 14 new licenses to practice the work of the private notary, bringing the total number of licenses to 80, of which 13 are in English.
It is worth noting that the private notary service allows citizens, residents, companies and institutions to conduct all transactions through licensed legal professionals and lawyers, including documenting contracts and real estate transactions.
