Within the framework of partnership with the private sector, and support for the economic recovery plan, the implementation law in civil and commercial matters, which entered into force after mid-March of this year, constituted one of the most prominent major development projects within the initiatives to enhance access to justice.
The Director of the Execution Department at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Jassim Hassan Bu Hammoud, said that the introduction of the profession of private executor in light of the new implementation law represents one of the most important paths developed, with the aim of raising the efficiency, effectiveness and speed of executive procedures and support services for courts.
It is noteworthy that the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments issued decisions licensing 14 implementation companies to carry out the business of the private port, as the law required the executor to use the private port to complete the implementation procedures in the execution files in which decisions were issued to seize the funds of the executor against him "real estate, vehicles, movables, shares and documents".
In addition, the Implementation Department at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments undertakes administrative inspections of the work of the private porter to verify his commitment to the duties established under the provisions of the law and the decisions issued in implementation thereof, and his commitment to the terms of the agreement. It also receives complaints filed against the private executor or any of the natural private executors working for him.
