His Excellency Judge Issa Sami Al-Mannai, Undersecretary of Justice and Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, received a delegation from Dubai Courts headed by His Excellency Judge Khaled Obaid Al-Mansoori, President of the Execution Court.
This visit comes to learn about the experience of executors and private notaries implemented by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments within the legal development initiatives and the promotion of access to justice through partnership with the private sector.
His Excellency the Undersecretary of Justice welcomed the brotherly Emirati delegation, praising the depth of the deep-rooted historical brotherly relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and the continuous progress they are witnessing in all fields, stressing the importance of these visits in promoting the exchange of expertise and experiences in the justice and legal sector.
The delegation included His Excellency Judge Khaled Mubarak Kansham, Judge of the Execution Court, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Hosani, Executive Director of the Notary Public and Execution Sector, Mr. Abdul Rahim Al-Mudareb, Director of the Information Technology Department, Mr. Ahmed Abdul-Malik Ahli, Director of the Execution Department, Mr. Khaled Al-Masem Al-Falasi, Head of Marketing Department.
