His Excellency Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Buainain, President of the Court of Cassation and Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council, announced the launch of a service for filing legal claims in all degrees, completely electronically, as part of the implementation of electronic transformation initiatives in the justice sector.

The Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council appreciated the continuous support of the Supreme Council for Women headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of the beloved King of the country, may God preserve and protect them, for the initiatives to develop the judicial and judicial system for the family, which had a role in making remarkable achievements in the level of legal services The introduction to the family in accordance with the objectives of the comprehensive development march led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved monarch of the country, may God protect him.

For his part, His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, said that the launch of the online legal litigation service will contribute to raising the efficiency of the judicial and judicial services provided to the family, and to facilitate procedures before lawyers and litigants, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the Information and eGovernment Authority for the services it provided. Continuous support to achieve the electronic justice transformation, appreciating the distinguished work carried out by the Ministry's departments, especially information systems, courts, and implementation, which were able in close cooperation with the e-government to launch these services, which constitute a fundamental shift in the course of development of the justice sector, in line with recent trends in the two judicial fields And Adli, by making use of the technological means because of the speed they provide and the reduction of time and effort.

In addition, the Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council stated that starting the application of this service will allow, in addition to filing legal cases, to submit all memoranda and requests during all stages of the case, to include the first degree, the appeal stage, and to submit appeals before the Court of Cassation, leading to the issuance of judgments, with Taking into account the availability of all legal guarantees stipulated in this regard.

The Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council indicated that with the launch of this service, the Sharia courts system, as well as the Sharia execution court, are fully available electronically, starting from the filing of the case until the stage of implementing the Sharia judicial rulings, where the electronic implementation services have been launched since 2015.

Counselor Al-Buainain pointed out that the electronic system for filing legal cases, as well as civil, commercial, labor and rental cases of all degrees sends judicial announcements to the parties on the dates of the sessions, hearing witnesses or any other procedures, in addition to submitting and exchanging notes, submitting and following up requests electronically, allowing the option of not having to attend Sessions if the parties so wish.

In his turn, Mr. Muhammad Ali Al-Qaed, CEO of the Information and eGovernment Authority, affirmed that the launch of the service of filing legal claims in all degrees completely electronically represents a model for cooperation and joint efforts in order to advance the justice sector system in the Kingdom to new horizons, in implementation of the vision and aspirations of the wise leadership, may God protect it, stressing the continuation of efforts The commission is in support of the electronic transformation of the judicial services in the Kingdom. And that is through investing in information technology and employing it in the best and latest possible ways to provide an advanced and comprehensive system of electronic forensic services, in a way that contributes to the continuation of providing all services to individual and business beneficiaries without the need to be present in the judicial headquarters, taking into account that this is done in a simple and as soon as possible time. And with the least effort to support the electronic transformation process in all service sectors in the Kingdom.
