Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Affairs, received Justice Ali Shamis Al Madhani, Deputy Chief Justice at the Court of Appeal at the DIFC Courts and the accompanying delegation.

The meeting discussed the use of technology, the training of court personnel, and the development of court procedures in the modern justice system.

Justice Shamlan Abdulrahman Al Sawalehi, Judge of Court of Appeal and Judge in Charge of the Arbitration Division at DIFC Courts was present.

The minister commended the historic Bahrain-UAE relations in various sectors.

He affirmed the importance of developing cooperation and exchanging expertise in advancing the justice sector, and supporting investment requirements through providing effective arbitration solutions.
