Within the framework of precautionary measures and preventive measures to contain and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19), the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has published a list of contacts on its Instagram account (mojbahrain), in order to provide support and assistance regarding the inquiries of lawyers, litigants and auditors, with the possibility of submitting requests for the administration Courts, execution department, and management of minors' affairs and funds through specified communication channels.

This comes in addition to the electronic services provided by the Ministry of Justice through the e-government portal www.bahrain.bh, and includes many judicial and judicial services.

The Ministry of Justice renewed the call to benefit from the judicial and judicial services available on the e-government portal, including those related to commercial courts in the first degree, which include registering and filing cases, paying their fees, sending judicial announcements, submitting and exchanging notes, requests and responding to them, appointing experts and submitting their reports, Down to making judgments.

As well as electronic services for civil and Sharia courts, which provide the ability to submit memoranda and requests during the course of the cases, with the ability to inquire about the details of the case, as well as electronic services for implementation, which allow opening execution files, submitting requests, receiving responses to them, and paying the required amounts, in addition to the ability to view details File status.

She also drew attention to the electronic services for managing the affairs and funds of minors that enable the submission of financial requests or any other transactions on the inheritance files, follow up on the submitted requests, review the status of the application or complete any required documents, and view the account statement of the inheritance files.

The Ministry called for contacting the numbers assigned to each department to obtain assistance about various services, instead of personal attendance, in a way that contributes to reducing the number of auditors in light of strengthening the preventive measures taken to contain the Corona virus and prevent its spread in order to preserve the safety of everyone.
