3/6/2020 “Justice” issues a guide on electronic implementation services

The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments has issued a guideline on the electronic implementation services provided by the ministry through the national e-government portal www.bahrain.bh.

The Assistant Undersecretary for Court Affairs and Documentation at the Ministry, Muhammad Abdul Rahim Bujiri, called for making use of the electronic services available to everyone, noting the importance of these services through which a large number of transactions are conducted annually.

For his part, Director of the Implementation Department at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Jassem Hassan Bouhammoud said that the guide for electronic implementation services includes a detailed explanation about the services of opening the implementation file and paying its fees, submitting and following up requests, paying dues, inquiring about implementation files regarding the actions taken, and reviewing the financial summary .

Bouhammoud stated that the Ministry has provided lawyers' offices with an electronic copy of the guide, and that the guide is available on the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments website www.moj.gov.bh.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Justice has launched electronic implementation services since 2015, in cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council and the Information and eGovernment Authority.
