4/10/2022 The Minister of Justice heads the delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the 32nd meeting of the Ministers of Justice of the Cooperation Council countries

His Excellency Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain participating in the 32nd meeting of Their Excellencies and Ministers of Justice of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, which was held in Riyadh in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the participation of His Excellency Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf Al-Amin General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
The meeting dealt with many topics, foremost of which is the agreement to extradite accused and convicted persons between the GCC countries, the draft agreement for the implementation of judgments, reprimands and judicial announcements in the GCC states, and the draft unified system (law) to combat extremism, racism, hatred and discrimination, and to extract the legislative principles contained in the laws (regulations). The meeting of the Committee of Directors and Heads of Training, Legal and Judicial Centers and Institutes in the GCC States, in addition to other issues of common interest between the ministries of justice in the GCC countries.
Their Excellencies the Ministers of Justice in the GCC countries have issued several recommendations to be submitted to the honorable position of the Ministerial Council at its next session.
